How much of the proceeds go to Shelters?

What is your return policy?
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of return merchandise in the original payment form.
If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue store credit for what was spent upon arrival or we will do an even exchange and send out new sizes if a note requesting sizes was included.
Please note: that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping our products across Canada and the USA. We are working to bring our products to the rest of the world.
Where is your company located?
We located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes of course! All orders are mostly shipped through Canada post and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.
